Male & Female Infertility:

Significantly improves sperm motility & protects against sperm morphology defects by free radicle, along with improving sexual hormones production.

For Eye Health :

Evidence from other studies suggests that the alpha-tocopherol form of vitamin E, along with lutein and zeaxanthin, may decrease the risk of cataracts.

How to use:

The recommended daily dosage is one capsule daily with water.
In cases of male & female infertility: one capsule daily for 3-6 months.
In cases of Dysmenorrheal pain: one capsule daily, 2 days before menstruation, then one capsule during the first 3 days of the period.
In cases of Hair & Skin Health: 1-3 capsules daily.
