How to use:

• Take FLEXALL ULTRA™ exactly as directed in this leaflet.
• You should check with your physician or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• As a dietary supplement, Adults take three tablets together once a day with a meal OR one tablet three times daily with meals.
• Continued treatment with FLEXALL ULTRA™ should be evaluated by your physician.

• Do not take FLEXALL ULTRA™ - If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of FLEXALL ULTRA™.

Ingredients:

Each film coated tablet contains:

• Glucosamine Hydrochloride 500 mg, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 500 mg, Calcium Fructoborate 72 mg, Chondroitin sulfate 66.7 mg and Hyaluronic acid 1.1 mg.

Other inactive ingredients are:

Core:

• Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium,Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Coating:

• Polyvinyl alcohol, Talc, Titanium dioxide, Glycerol monocaprylocaprate and Sodium lauryl sulfate.
