Product Description:

• JP Valerian™ is mainly composed of Natural valerian root 1000 mg, which gives a standardized extract 250 mg, yeilding a total Valerenic acid (2 mg), the most valuable & researched active constituents found in valerian.
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) belongs to the Valerianaceae family, a hardy perennial flowering plant. Valerian has a long history of traditional use and is one of the most well-known and popular herbal remedies.

How to use:

• Take JP Valerian™ exactly as directed in this leaflet. You should check with your pharmacist or physician if you are not sure.
• Adults aged 18 years and older, Take 1 to 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime. Swallow the capsule with some water.
• You may need to take this medicine continuously for two to four weeks to get the maximum benefit from it.

Caution & Warnings:

• Do not take JP Valerian™
• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients of JP Valerian™.
• Are pregnant or breast-feeding.
• Are under the age of 18 years.
• Already taking a medicine which makes you drowsy.
• Already taking a medicine for anxiety or sleep disorders.
• The effects of this product may be increased by alcohol.
• Excessive use of alcohol should therefore be avoided.
• Taking other medicines
• Talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or health care provider if you are taking any other medications.
• Pregnancy and breast-feeding
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using JP Valerian™.
• Driving and using machines
• This medicine might cause drowsiness. You should not drive or operate machinery until you are sure you are not affected
