Product Description:

Nuralac Premature is a special formula for dietary management of premature and low birth weight infants

How to use:

For your infants' health we advise you to carefully follow the feeding instructions on the back of the can.
Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula. Once prepared, discard the unconsumed reconstituted product after 2 hours.

Caution & Warnings:

Store the can in a cool, dry place at room temperature not to exceed 25°C. After opening, keep the can tightly closed and use the contents within one month. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat. Use before the expiry date shown on the bottom of the can.
Once prepared, discard the unconsumed reconstituted product after 2 hours.
Warning: Never heat reconstituted product in a microwave.
Caution: Do not consume if there is any packaging defect including missing aluminium foil seal.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.

Ingredients:

Lactose, vegetable oils (palm olein, coconut, soy, high oleic sunflower), partially hydrolyzed whey protein (cow’s milk), corn syrup solids, emulsifier (soy lecithin), potassium chloride, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, protein stabilizer (potassium citrate)
Choline chloride, protein stabilizer (sodium citrate), sodium ascorbate, D-glucose, sodium caseinate, arachidonic acid (ARA) from single cell oil , docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from single cell oil , inositol, taurine, ferrous sulfate
DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, zinc sulfate, L-carnitine, retinyl palmitate, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), cytidine monophosphate, niacinamide, phytomenadione, ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol, uridine monophosphate, calcium pantothenate, adenosine monophosphate, D-biotin, cupric sulfate
