For calcium deficiency: One tablet 2 or 3 times a day.

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.

Normal Range
The body is set to have a normal amount of calcium (somewhere between 8.6 to 10.3 mg/dL).
A vitamin D level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mL is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/mL indicates vitamin D deficiency.
