How to Use:

Wash your face with soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Thoroughly wet your nose. If your nose is not thoroughly wet, the strip may not adhere and will not be effective.

Make sure your hands are dry, then peel the strip from the plastic backing.

Place the shiny side of the strip on your wet nose, using your fingertips to press the strip firmly to remove any air bubbles.

Leave the strip on for 10-15 minutes until it dries completely.

Peel back the patch slowly, starting at the edges and pulling towards the center.
