How to use:

For stomach upset, heartburn, indigestion, and nausea:

• 1-2 teaspoons, mix with a glass of water, and drink immediately.

For constipation:

• Two teaspoons, mixed with a cup of water, and drink immediately, before breakfast or at bedtime.

Caution & Warnings:

• During pregnancy or breastfeeding, except after consulting a doctor.
• Heart, kidney, or liver problems.
• Diabetes.
• The elderly and children, as they are at greater risk for side effects of this medicine.
• If you are following a diet that does not contain sodium or contains low amounts of it.
• Each teaspoon of the powder contains 185 mg of sodium.
