How to use:



For adults: Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime, 2-3 times per week.

Product takes effect in 6-12 hours.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Caution & Warnings:



Do not use for more than two weeks, or if you: have colon and/or bowel obstruction; have hypokalemia, cardiovascular and kidney problems; or you are taking digoxin, warfarin, corticosteroids, thiazide diuretics, horsetail, licorice and other laxative herbs.
